A beach-side Balinese villa was the perfect setting for the vintage garden theme chosen by Nadia Mercuri and Jamie De Cicco for their wedding. A carpet of fresh flower petals formed the aisle for the ceremony and tea light candles, vintage lanterns and masses of exotic flowers added to the romance of the reception.

“The fact that we had a destination wedding meant that our wedding wasn’t just one day, it was a week-long event filled with fun, laugher and love,” Nadia said. “The most memorable part was standing at the altar, surrounded with the beautiful scenery of the garden of our amazing beach-side villa, and seeing the smiles on the faces of all of our family and friends who had travelled all the way to Bali for our special day.”
A photo booth, gelato cart and fire dancing show kept guests entertained throughout the evening and added to the relaxed holiday feel the couple wished to create.
Nadia advised any couple planning a destination wedding to engage a wedding planner because they have great relationships with local suppliers and can assist with the smooth organisation.
